"Forks Over Knives"
I watched a movie, recently, about how eating animal product has caused a lot of the medical ailments in our society today. The movie discusses what happens when you consume a lot of animal products such as meat, chicken, dairy, and eggs. Not only do cancer genes minimize when animal products are reduced in ones diet, but so do cholesterol, and many of the unhealthy numbers that appear on the results from tests preformed at the doctor's office. It is an interesting movie and I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in a healthier lifestyle.
